2. No Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no refund and no cancellation policy. Once a payment is successfully processed:

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • No cancellation requests will be entertained.
  • No partial refunds are allowed.
  • No refunds for unused services or inactive accounts.

3. Product Orders & EMI Payments

  • All EMI payments once paid are non-refundable.
  • Missed or delayed EMI payments may result in penalties.
  • Product delivery issues must be reported immediately, but do not qualify for monetary refunds.

4. Business Registration & Stockist Investment

  • Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • Stockist or distributor investments are non-refundable.
  • Business inactivity does not qualify for refund.

5. Exceptional Situations

Refunds will only be considered if required by applicable law or in case of duplicate payment due to technical error, subject to internal verification.

6. User Responsibility

Before making any payment, users are advised to carefully read all product details, EMI terms, and business plans. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
